The £250 cash reward is applicable only if the company you refer signs a contract with TalentLynk for a minimum of 5 paid licences and a minimum duration of three months. Once the conditions are met, the £250 cash reward will be transferred to your bank account. Any applicable taxes on the reward are your sole responsibility and not TalentLynk's responsibility.

By participating in the referral scheme, you consent to TalentLynk contacting you to gather additional information about your referral if necessary. You agree that TalentLynk may mention your name as the referring party when contacting the referred company.

The referred company will receive 50% off their first month of service once they sign the contract for a minimum of 5 paid licences and a minimum duration of three months.

TalentLynk reserves the right to amend or terminate the referral scheme at any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes regarding eligibility or fulfilment of the reward criteria, TalentLynk's decision will be final.
